Where Moore Compares Party Bus Rentals
Normanpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles, hire anyone, or perform trips. Just a fast, clear look at what's available for your date, your group size, and your destination.

Popular Moore Bus Amenities Available
Not every Moore group trip needs the same setup. A 25-passenger party bus built for a bachelorette night typically comes with color-changing LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — everything you need to keep the energy up between stops. A minibus is a quieter, more efficient pick for corporate shuttles between Moore and the Oklahoma City metro, with climate control and reclining seats.
For longer hauls to Tulsa or a big group heading to a stadium event, a full-size charter bus adds undercarriage storage and onboard restrooms so the drive itself stays comfortable. Amenities vary by vehicle and company, but comparing options side by side on this site makes it easy to find what fits your trip.

Moore Party Bus Rental Costs
Party bus and charter bus prices in Moore shift based on the vehicle type, date, and how many hours you need. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus rental in the area typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends. A mid-size party bus — say a 25-passenger — generally lands in the $250–$375 per hour range depending on day of week and demand.
A full charter bus often comes in at $200–$350 per hour. These are planning ranges, not quotes — the actual rate for your specific date and itinerary will vary. The fastest way to get a firm quote?

Compare Prices on Moore Party Buses
The old way to book group transportation meant calling every company you could find, describing your trip from scratch each time, and then waiting days for callbacks — only to discover the vehicle you wanted was already gone. Normanpartybuscompany.com replaces all of that with one form or one phone call. Because this is a comparison site and not a single bus company, you are never limited to one fleet. The network of bus companies serving Moore and the greater OKC metro means more vehicle types, more availability on high-demand dates, and a better chance of finding the exact fit for your group.
OU home football Saturdays pack I-35 from Norman to Moore from mid-morning through late evening. Thunder playoff games at Paycom Center send the entire downtown OKC grid into gridlock. State Fair week in September fills every surface lot between Penn and Meridian.
On dates like those, having options matters. Normanpartybuscompany.com gives you options — fast, free, and without pressure. Call 572-225-5850 any time, every day, and a real person can walk through vehicle types, give you an estimated rate for your date, and answer every question you have before you commit to anything.
Party Bus Services in Moore
Moore groups book buses for just about everything — Thunder games, OU tailgates, prom nights, wedding shuttles, airport runs, corporate events, and Bricktown bar crawls. Whatever the occasion, Normanpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find and compare transportation that fits. Explore the full list of service types below, or call 572-225-5850 to talk through what you need.

Moore Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Will Rogers World Airport (OKC) (7100 Terminal Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73159) is roughly 13 miles northwest of Moore via I-35 North to SW 59th Street — a drive that can stretch from 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending on rush-hour congestion on the I-240 interchange. For groups with coordinated flights, managing multiple cars across OKC terminal lanes is the part that unravels first: flights land at different times, luggage takes longer than expected, and cell service in the short-term areas is unreliable. A single charter bus or minibus handles the whole group in one pickup from the Will Rogers International Airport ground transportation area, so no one is waiting on a rideshare while their bags sit on the curb.
Coordinate everyone's arrival window first, then call 572-225-5850 to get a quote for your pickup date. The Norman and Moore airport transportation page covers more on how the pickup process works.

Moore Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Moore bachelor or bachelorette party bus rental almost always means a run into Oklahoma City — Bricktown for the bar crawl along the canal, Midtown for rooftop spots like The Collective, or deep into the Paseo Arts District for something more low-key. The problem with doing this itinerary in separate cars is obvious once you're three bars in and no one can agree on which Uber to get into or where the next place even is. A party bus with LED lighting, a sound system, and room for the whole group keeps the night on one consistent track.
Stops along the Bricktown Entertainment District are easy — the canal-side surface lots on Sheridan and Mickey Mantle Drive can accommodate a scheduled pickup window. For late nights that stretch to 2 a.m. and beyond, having a bus staged and ready means the night ends when you want it to, not when last call at the rideshare app decides. Call 572-225-5850 to lock in your date.

Moore Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus entrance is one of the things a Sweet 16 or quinceañera crowd remembers for years — and Moore families celebrate big. Venue options range from event halls along SW 19th Street in Moore to reception centers closer to Norman or south OKC. If the celebration is heading somewhere in the OKC metro, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus gives the birthday group its own space to ride, with the LED lighting and sound system already built in.
For birthday party bus rentals with larger guest counts, a 40- or 50-passenger party bus keeps extended families together across the drive so no one shows up late in a separate car. Rates for a 20-passenger party bus start around $250–$350 per hour on weekends — a practical split across a group of that size. Use the online form or call 572-225-5850 for a quote tied to your specific date and headcount.

Moore Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most of the major concert venues closest to Moore sit inside Oklahoma City — and OKC parking is the part no one plans for until it's too late. Paycom Center (100 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102) sits in the urban core downtown with limited adjacent surface parking; the closest garages fill well before doors open on sold-out nights, and rideshare pickup queues on concert nights back up past the Cox Convention Center. The Paycom Center bus guide breaks down exactly how drop-off and pickup work for groups.
For outdoor and midsize shows, The Criterion (500 E Sheridan Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73104) is walking distance from the Bricktown canal — check the Criterion bus rental guide for approach details. A Moore concert party bus rental keeps the whole group together, skips the parking math, and means no one is waiting in a rideshare queue at midnight when the crowd all leaves at once.

Moore Corporate Event Transportation
Companies with Moore offices or facilities often need to move employees and guests to Oklahoma City for conferences, client dinners, or team events — and I-35 at 5 p.m. on a weekday is not where you want your guests sitting in separate cars. The Greater Oklahoma City metro hosts a steady calendar of corporate events at the Cox Convention Center (1 Myriad Gardens, Oklahoma City, OK 73102) and at hotel conference centers along Meridian Avenue near the airport. A minibus or charter bus from Moore handles the transfer cleanly — everyone arrives together, no one gets lost navigating downtown OKC one-way streets, and there is no coordinating a parking situation in a garage that charges event-rate prices.
For recurring employee shuttle needs between a Moore campus and an OKC office, corporate transportation packages are available through the network. Call 572-225-5850 to discuss multi-day or recurring shuttle arrangements.

Moore Private Event Transportation Services
Moore's calendar fills up fast around the Oklahoma State Fair in September, OU home football Saturdays that draw over 80,000 people south on I-35, and major Thunder playoff stretches in the spring. Any of those dates means rideshare surge pricing across the metro, surface lots at full capacity hours before the event, and traffic on I-35 that backs up past the Moore exits. A private charter bus or party bus rental for events like these is the move that sidesteps all of that — one departure time, one drop-off point, one pickup at the end of the night.
For family reunions, church group outings, or large milestone gatherings moving between multiple Moore and OKC locations, a charter bus keeps the whole group on one timeline and eliminates the car-pool coordination that always falls apart by the second stop. Call 572-225-5850 to talk through a custom itinerary.

Moore Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Moore High School and Westmoore High School both draw large prom groups every spring, and Moore is also close enough to Norman and south OKC high schools that the demand window for party buses in late April and May gets tight across the whole corridor. If your prom is in May, book by January. That is not an exaggeration — vehicles across the Norman, Moore, and OKC south metro area fill in clusters because every school within a 20-mile radius holds prom inside the same five-week window.
A group that calls in March looking for a Friday-night party bus for prom will often find the best vehicles already spoken for. Prom and homecoming party bus rentals for Moore-area schools are easy to compare on this site — browse vehicle sizes, get a fast rate range, and lock in early. Call 572-225-5850 to check availability for your specific date before it's gone.

Moore School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Moore-area schools — Moore High, Westmoore, Santa Fe, and the elementary campuses across the Moore Public Schools district — run field trips to destinations that range from the Oklahoma City Zoo (2101 NE 50th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73111) to the Science Museum Oklahoma (2020 Remington Pl, Oklahoma City, OK 73111) to the Oklahoma History Center (800 Nazih Zuhdi Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73105). Getting a full class from Moore to northeast OKC in coordinated fashion — especially on I-35 during school-day traffic — is far easier with one charter bus than with a fleet of parent vehicles and multiple departure windows. School field trip bus rentals through this network include full-size charter buses with overhead storage and onboard restrooms, which matters on a longer ride across the metro.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available — mention it when you request the quote. Call 572-225-5850 to set up school transportation for your next event.

Moore Sporting Event Transportation
Moore is a natural staging point for Thunder games at Paycom Center and OU football at Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium — two venues that sit in opposite directions on I-35 and both create brutal post-event traffic situations. Paycom Center's nearest parking garages charge event-rate prices and fill before tip-off on big games; the rideshare staging area on game nights backs up significantly, meaning fans who didn't plan ahead are waiting 30 minutes just for a pickup. The Paycom Center bus rental guide covers drop-off and pickup logistics in detail.
For OU games, the Gaylord Family Stadium bus rental guide walks through where charter buses stage and how tailgate timing works. A Moore sporting event party bus means your group arrives together, pregame energy builds on the ride, and the post-game exodus on I-35 is someone else's problem. Call 572-225-5850 to lock in a game-day bus.

Moore Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Moore wedding venues and reception halls are spread across a geography that often means guests staying at OKC hotels are driving 20–30 minutes south on I-35 — and on a Saturday evening, that drive can stretch significantly with construction zones and lane closures that appear and disappear on that corridor throughout the year. A Moore wedding shuttle bus takes the guesswork out of guest transportation: one pickup from the hotel block, one delivery to the ceremony, one return run after the reception ends. For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a sharp choice that keeps the bridal party together for the day without the chaos of coordinating multiple vehicles.
For larger guest counts moving between a ceremony venue in Moore and a reception space in Norman or OKC, a 35-passenger minibus is often the cleanest solution. Call 572-225-5850 — shuttle logistics for a wedding are easier to build with a real conversation than an online form alone.

Moore Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Oklahoma wine trail and craft brewery scene has expanded considerably across the metro, and Moore sits in a good spot geographically for groups that want to hit multiple stops without anyone drawing the short straw on driving. Waters Edge Winery, right in Moore near SE 19th Street and South Broadway Avenue, draws visitors from across south OKC for tastings and bottle service, while the downtown OKC brewery scene — anchored by Bricktown Brewery (1 N Oklahoma Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73104) and Stonecloud Brewing Company (1012 NW 1st St, Oklahoma City, OK 73106) — gives a pub crawl group several options within a short drive of each other. A party bus or minibus handles the transit between Moore and downtown OKC so the whole group moves together and nobody is tracking which car they came in.
Winery and pub crawl bus rentals are available for full-day and evening itineraries. Call 572-225-5850 to build a custom route for your group.

Frequently Asked Questions About Moore Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Normanpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Normanpartybuscompany.com?
Normanpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation — not a bus company and not a carrier. It connects people looking for party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans in the Moore and Norman area with pricing from a large network of bus companies serving the region. You fill out one form or make one call, compare options, and find what works for your trip.
No account, no obligation, no repeating your trip details to five different offices.
How does Normanpartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup location, destination — into the quick online form, and you'll get pricing and vehicle options in seconds. If you'd rather talk it through, call 572-225-5850 any day and a real person can build out a quote for your specific itinerary, walk you through vehicle options, and answer any questions before you make a decision. Either way, the whole process takes about a minute to get started.
How much does a party bus cost in Moore?
Moore party bus rental prices vary with the vehicle type, the date, and how long you need the bus. As a general planning range: minibuses tend to run $200–$275 per hour, mid-size party buses typically fall between $250–$425 per hour depending on size and day of week, and full charter buses generally land at $200–$350 per hour. Weekend rates and high-demand dates — OU home game Saturdays, prom season, State Fair week — push toward the upper end of those ranges.
For an exact number tied to your date and headcount, fill out the form or call 572-225-5850. Pricing for a specific trip takes under a minute.
How do I get from Moore to Paycom Center without dealing with downtown OKC parking?
That is exactly the scenario a charter bus or party bus is built for. Moore to Paycom Center is about 18 miles north on I-35 to I-240 West to I-44 North — a straightforward drive that gets complicated fast when you add event-night traffic and the downtown OKC one-way street grid. Paycom Center's adjacent parking garages charge premium event rates and fill before doors open on sold-out games and major concerts.
A bus drops your group at the venue's commercial zone and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged window when the event ends, so no one is wandering around downtown at midnight looking for where they parked. The Paycom Center bus rental guide has the specific drop-off and pickup details.
What's the best vehicle size for a Moore group going to an OU game?
It depends on headcount, but the two most common picks for Moore-to-Norman tailgate runs are the minibus for groups of 20–35 and the charter bus for groups of 40 or more. Norman's campus and the surrounding game-day street closures make a smaller, more maneuverable vehicle easier to stage near the tailgate areas. The Gaylord Family Stadium bus guide covers where buses typically stage and how the approach routes work on game day.
Call 572-225-5850 and describe your headcount and preferred tailgate area — someone can match you to the right size.
Can I book a bus for a one-way trip from Moore to Will Rogers World Airport?
Yes, one-way packages are available through the network. A one-way airport transfer from Moore to Will Rogers World Airport is one of the most common booking types for groups traveling together — corporate teams, family groups, church trips. The drive from Moore to the terminal is roughly 13 miles, but on weekday mornings during rush hour, I-35 North to I-240 can add meaningful time.
Booking the bus gives everyone a single departure point, eliminates the multi-car parking situation at the airport, and means no one is cutting it close in separate vehicles. Call 572-225-5850 or use the online form to check availability for your departure date.
Are there buses available for recurring or multi-day corporate shuttle needs in Moore?
Yes. Multi-day and recurring shuttle contracts are available through the network. Moore businesses that need consistent employee transportation between a Moore location and an Oklahoma City office, job site, or event venue can arrange ongoing shuttle service.
The best way to structure a recurring shuttle — cadence, pickup windows, vehicle size — is to call 572-225-5850 and walk through the specifics directly. A live agent can put together a package that fits the schedule and the headcount rather than running a new one-off quote for each trip.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Moore trips, booking 4–8 weeks out is a comfortable window that gives you solid availability and reasonable rates. For high-demand dates, that window shrinks fast. Prom season (late April through May): book by January — Moore, Norman, and south OKC schools all hold prom in the same 5-week stretch, and the best vehicles go first.
OU home football Saturdays: book 6–8 weeks ahead for the early-season games; the Red River Rivalry weekend in October needs even more lead time. Oklahoma State Fair (mid-September): the metro-wide demand spike hits every vehicle category. Thunder playoff games: these can book out within days once the matchup is set.
The honest answer: the earlier you call, the more options you'll have and the better the rate. Call 572-225-5850 now and lock in your date before someone else does.
Popular Moore Party Bus Destinations
Moore groups travel in all directions — north into Oklahoma City for games and concerts, south into Norman for OU events, and across the metro for festivals, casinos, and everything in between. Here are six destinations Moore groups book buses to most, with the logistics that actually matter for planning your trip.

Paycom Center
Paycom Center (100 W Reno Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73102) is the home of the Oklahoma City Thunder and the biggest concert venue in the state, drawing major touring artists year-round. The arena seats 18,203 for basketball and sits in the dense downtown OKC core where street parking is metered and surface lots charge event rates that spike on sellout nights. The nearest parking structure, the Ford Center Garage, fills before tip-off on high-demand dates.
Post-event rideshare staging along Reno Avenue backs up quickly when 18,000 people all try to leave at once. A charter bus from Moore drops your group at the commercial zone on the north side of the arena and picks everyone up at a pre-set window — no meter, no garage, no rideshare queue. See the Paycom Center group transportation guide for drop-off specifics.

Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium
Gaylord Family Oklahoma Memorial Stadium (1185 Asp Ave, Norman, OK 73019) holds 80,126 fans and sits in the heart of the OU campus — meaning the streets surrounding it on game Saturdays close well before kickoff and stay difficult for hours afterward. Moore to Norman is roughly 10 miles south on I-35, a drive that takes 15 minutes on a Tuesday and can take over an hour on a noon-kickoff Saturday when the whole corridor is moving at crawl speed. Surface lots near the stadium fill by 9 a.m. for noon games.
A charter bus or minibus from Moore stages in the designated game-day areas near the stadium, gets the group to the tailgate together, and handles the post-game I-35 crawl so nobody has to drive it. The stadium bus rental guide covers approach routes and staging in detail.

Riverwind Casino
Riverwind Casino (1544 W State Hwy 9, Norman, OK 73072) is one of the most popular bus trip destinations in central Oklahoma — a full-scale casino resort with table games, a large slots floor, dining, and a 1,500-seat concert venue that draws name acts on weekend nights. From Moore, it's a quick shot south on I-35 to SH-9 West, typically 20–25 minutes without event traffic. Casino nights work especially well with a bus because no one needs to stay sober to drive, the group leaves and returns on one schedule, and parking — while large — can get complicated on busy concert nights when casino and concert crowds overlap.
The Riverwind Casino bus guide breaks down the approach and where buses stage. Call 572-225-5850 for a quote on a Moore-to-Riverwind package.

Bricktown Entertainment District
Bricktown sits about 18 miles north of Moore along I-35 and is the anchor of OKC's nightlife and dining scene — a walkable canal district lined with restaurants, bars, a ballpark, and live music venues packed into a concentrated area east of downtown. The problem with driving a group here: Bricktown surface lots fill fast on weekend nights, the street grid around the canal is narrow and one-directional, and walking back to wherever you parked after a long night is genuinely unpleasant. A party bus drops your group at a Bricktown entry point — Mickey Mantle Drive or Sheridan Avenue both accommodate bus staging — and picks everyone up when the group is ready.
For pub crawl groups hitting multiple stops along the canal, the bus stages nearby between venues so there is no gap between one stop and the next. Call 572-225-5850 to build a Bricktown itinerary.

Lloyd Noble Center
Lloyd Noble Center (2900 S Jenkins Ave, Norman, OK 73072) is the home of OU basketball and a mid-size arena that also hosts concerts, graduations, and large university events throughout the year. It seats about 11,000 and sits on the south end of the OU campus near the intersection of Jenkins and Lindsey, which is one of the most reliably congested intersections in Norman on any event evening. Parking lots adjacent to Lloyd Noble fill for sellout games, and the walk from overflow areas on the south end of campus adds significant time after the event.
A minibus from Moore is the right-sized vehicle for most groups heading to Lloyd Noble — maneuverable enough for the campus street grid, comfortable for the 25-minute drive from Moore. The Lloyd Noble Center bus guide has current drop-off and staging information.

Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark
Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark (2 S Mickey Mantle Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73104) is the home of the Oklahoma City Comets, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and sits right on the Bricktown canal in downtown OKC. The ballpark holds 13,066 and draws consistent crowds on summer Friday and Saturday nights when both the game and Bricktown restaurant traffic are running simultaneously. Street parking along Mickey Mantle Drive and neighboring blocks turns over quickly on game days, and lots within two blocks can charge $10–$20 depending on the game.
From Moore, the drive is straightforward — about 18–20 miles north on I-35 to I-40 East, then into Bricktown — but doing it in separate cars means dealing with that lot situation individually. A minibus or party bus keeps the group together, handles the downtown approach, and stages on Mickey Mantle for pickup after the final out. See the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark bus guide for parking and drop-off detail.
